Club membership does not include any 3rd party insurance. It is strongly recommended that you take out a policy to cover yourself in the event of any claims being made against you due to an incident out on a ride (with or without the club). Examples of companies offering cycling insurance are BC, Cycling UK, TLI or you may be covered under your household policy.

Details of club rides are below, all are arranged on WhatsApp, join the club and you can join the ride chat.

Evening Training  Rides now take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays meeting at Tennis Club at 7pm 18mph plus average.

Group Rides take place on  Saturday and Sundays.

Saturday – Steady ride with cafe stop, usual meet time 8.55am.

Sunday – These are organised by Ian Holbrook , meet 8.55am am at Tennis Club, Newcastle Road , Stone , 50 mile route at 18 mph average. Keep an eye on our Facebook page and WhatsApp for any changes.

Stone Wheelers now meet every month on Mondays in the bar at Stone Tennis Club. Next meet is Monday 3rd June  2024 at 8pm – All welcome

We run a program of time trials throughout the Spring and Summer and organise circuit races off road around the army camp at Swynnerton. We have riders regularly competing in time trials, road races and on the track. If your not interested in racing there are a few dedicated touring cyclists in the club.

We also accept second claim members who can train with us but can not compete for club trophies or records.

Most of all we like to think we are a friendly bunch, give us a try and if we’re not for you there’ll be no hard feelings.
