Group Rides now take place on Wednesdays and usually Saturday – These are organised by a WhatsApp group, if you are a club member and want to be included in group send me(Paul Jennings) an e-mail via Contact us with your mobile and I will add you. Non members welcome as well to try out our rides send me a message for ride details.
Stone Wheelers meet every Thursday night between 8 and 10pm at the Stone Tennis Club, Newcastle Road, Stone.
If you are interested in joining then why not call in – and ask for Greg Dancer – no obligation – and we don’t bite!
New members are always welcome – see the contacts link to contact Stone Wheelers by phone or email or just turn up at the clubroom.
There are group rides at the weekend and training runs in the week. Check out the Group Rides link.
We run a program of time trials throughout the Spring and Summer and organise a road race in April. We have riders regularly competing in time trials, road races and on the track. If your not interested in racing there are a few dedicated touring cyclists in the club.
We also accept second claim members who can train with us but can not compete for club trophies or records.
Most of all we like to think we are a friendly bunch, give us a try and if we’re not for you there’ll be no hard feelings.
